When you land, you will connect onto your scheduled transfer flight to Mfuwe Airport. here your guide will collect you and transfer you to Nkwali Lodge. This small and intimate camp offers visitors the chance to experience the concentration of game around the Luangwa River and its oxbow lagoons, which is among the most intense in Africa. Nkwali Lodge — Includes: All meals Days 3 — 7 South Luangwa National Park, ZambiaThis morning you will depart with your guide to the walking safari mobile camp located in the heart of big game country within the park. Located in the remote north of South Luangwa National Park. This mobile camp follows the Mupamadzi River, covering approximately 10km a day. The fully serviced camp is well-equipped with walk-in tents and full bedding. The shower is under a tree and the loo is a long drop with a wooden throne. Meals of a high standard are served under the open sky. Robin Pope Mobile Tented Camp — Includes: All meals & Drinks (except premiums) Days 8 — 10 South Luangwa National Park, ZambiaThis morning you break camp and travel via 5 hour game drive to the Luangwa River crossing opposite Tena Tena Camp. The camp staff will meet you and boat you across the river to camp. Tena Tena, a small and remote camp, lies within the National Park and enjoys a stunning location on a sweeping bend of the Luangwa River. Open annually late May through October.
